2. Materials & Pressure Classes
- Low to Medium Pressure (Up to 16 Bar): Constructed from lightweight extruded Aluminum or Stainless Steel 304. Typically used for standard compressed air networks, nitrogen blanketing, and light gas train loops.
- High Pressure (Up to 400+ Bar): For high-pressure gas setups (like CNG dispensers, hydrogen storage, or specialized processing lines), housings are built with Heavy-Wall Carbon Steel or SS 316L Stainless Steel.
- Seals: High-performance Viton, PTFE, or Buna-N O-rings are utilized to prevent hazardous external gas bypass.
