• Most Common Industrial Footprints:
  • Standard Liquid Elements: 2.5" to 2.7" OD with standard lengths of 10", 20", or 30".
  • Hydraulic Cartridges: 3" to 4" OD with structural lengths tracking between 8" to 15". 

• Pleated Microglass Elements: The filtration media is folded into tightly compressed pleats. Supported by internal steel mesh cages and heavy end caps, this design offers massive surface areas and is the baseline choice for high-pressure hydraulic loops. 
• Coalescing Glass Fiber Elements: Formed as thick, seamless cylindrical wrap-around tubes. Deployed exclusively in gas and compressed air circuits to push micro-fine oil mist aerosols to merge into heavy droplets that drain away. 
• String Wound Glass Fiber Elements: Continuous glass strands wrapped tightly over a solid [Stainless Steel (SS304/316) core tube]. Excellent for processing high-temperature fluids and corrosive acids where standard plastics melt. 

• Exceptional Dirt-Holding Capacity: Unlike paper or wire meshes which clog along a single plane, fiberglass is a true depth media. Debris is trapped across the entire thickness of the element walls, delivering up to 4 times the operational lifespan of a standard cellulose core. 
• Zero Fiber Migration: Premium microglass layers are locked together using inert resin binders and an outer protective mesh wrap. This architecture ensures no loose glass fibers break away to damage downstream machine parts.
• Low Pressure Drops: The high structural porosity of microglass ensures minimal initial resistance to fluid flow, allowing facilities to maintain target line velocities while running finer micron grades.
